Vice President of Distribution and Warehouse Operations

• World-wide industry leader with annual sales well in excess of $30 billion and saw a global growth of 6% last year
• First year compensation package is from $210,000 - $260,000k (substantial base and bonus and lucrative incentives) 
• Reports to Chief Operating Officer
• Succession plan is for an EVP Operations role, which will oversee: all distribution and logistics functions spanning 15-20mm sq. ft. of distribution space
• Looking for a proven track record simultaneously managing multiple big-box, state-of-the-art, high volume distribution centers spanning several industry sectors
• Responsible for:
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a growing multi-million sq. ft., multi-site distribution network
• Providing strategic direction regarding customer solutions allowing for optimized distribution efficiencies while reducing costs and inventory
• The ability to orchestrate customization and process improvement initiatives
• The daily interaction with sales, logistics engineering and information technology 
• Leading continual process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Third Partly Logistics provider
• Position will be based in NJ, PA, DE tri-state area
